Who we are: Brand Buddys is a digital marketing, brand building and web development agency based at Yashoda Pearl 308, Above HDFC Bank, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Brand Buddys is the Data Fiduciary for the data described in this notice.
Scope: This notice covers visitors to brandbuddys.com and its sub-sites, and anyone who contacts us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health records, financial account numbers, passwords or government ID numbers through this website. Please do not send them in a form or message.
Why we use your data
We process your data only for specific purposes, based on your consent or on uses the DPDP Act permits.
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and book calls or meetings
- To deliver and manage the services you hire us for, and to invoice you
- To improve the website and understand which content is useful
- To send updates, articles or offers, only if you have agreed to receive them
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
When we rely on consent, you give it by a clear action, such as submitting a form after reading this notice. You can withdraw it at any time (see your rights below). We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with, and how long we keep it
We share data only with providers that help us run the business, and only as far as the task needs. These typically include:
- Website hosting and email providers
- Analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta)
- Messaging and meeting tools (for example WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom)
- Email delivery services that send our confirmations and replies
- AI service providers that power our chat assistant and demos (for example Anthropic)
- Security and spam-protection services that check our forms (for example Cloudflare)
- Accounting and payment service providers
- Government or legal authorities, where the law requires it
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We choose providers with reasonable security practices and share data only where Indian law allows.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the engagement lasts plus the period tax and accounting law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. Essential cookies keep the site working, including the security check that protects our forms from spam. Analytics cookies show us how visitors use the site, and advertising pixels help us measure and show relevant ads.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner. Analytics and advertising tools load only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Data we handle for our clients
When we run campaigns, websites, chatbots or booking tools for a client, we handle the data of that client’s customers or patients on the client’s behalf. In that case the client decides why the data is used, and we process it only on the client’s instructions under our agreement with them.
If you are a customer or patient of one of our clients, please contact that client first about your data. We will help the client respond to your request.
Your rights and how to reach us
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Know what personal data of yours we process and why
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
- Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot do so yourself
- Make a complaint if you think we have mishandled your data
To use any of these rights, email business@brandbuddys.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you need. We will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than the period the law sets.
